- Your training goals become our training goals.
- Before starting any project PHI will perform a detailed needs analysis. This analysis will show whether you need training or not. Not all issues or performance deficiencies are due to a failure in training.
- PHI has a very good reputation in the training industry. However, if there is a different type of service you need to have done, we know where to refer you within the same industry.
- Once our training programs have been delivered and evaluations have been performed, our training programs are re-evaluated for effectiveness (typically 6 months after). If any performance deficiency is identified, we come up with a recommendation for a solution.
